Hotel has had a re-fit and it's great inside. Staff were helpful and friendly, saying hello as you passed them or stood with them in the lift.....not like London at all . Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. I didn't use it but there is a mobile which you can take away to show you the sights etc. Room has tea/coffee facilities, a safe, TV and hanging space. Breakfast wasn't too busy with a choice of hot and cold breakfasts. It was about 10min walk from tube station. A number of pubs close by. We went to the pub opposite which was quiet at 4.30pm. Later moved to the Griffin which had great food and atmosphere. Later we returned to the first pub by which time it was really busy with great atmosphere and late drinking Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Reception staff were very helpful, even helping with our luggage as my wife and I carried 2 children and multiple bags in out of the rain! Room was clean and modern, as was the rest of the hotel. Slept well, room was on the ground floor but couldn't hear the traffic. Breakfast options were good and plentuful which was useful when you have to find something to please a 4 year old and a 1 year old. Very close to tube station and would definitely stay again.
We stayed 3 nights and we had amazing time. Staff is friendly ready to help you with everything that you need. Room was clean they can do it better but was not bad. Breakfast simply but was enough. Location amazing close to everything, bus stop just in front of the hotel and easy you can walk to the centrum. Thank you for the good service.
Great location. My daughter and I stayed 3 nights and found the hotel very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very adequate. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety. Since I’m handicapped, staff were so helpful by getting me drinks and food. I’d recommend this hotel for price, location and cleanliness.
Clean, modern room with a good sized shower room. Nice breakfast with quite a choice. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is about 8 minutes walk to Vauxhall Station and is situated a little distance from the hustle and bustle of the main hub. My room overlooked the main road but as I was on the third floor the traffic noise was not noticeable. However, for those guests who are noise sensitive, a pub facing the hotel played loud music until late. So they would probably find it difficult to sleep, but as I can sleep through an earthquake, it wasn't a problem.
2/28/26 Late-night front desk associate was awesome. Checked me in while I had an issue with my Hotel Tonight reservation. Got me the room I wanted, very accommodating and friendly.
Overall good hotel, the room was very comfortable with a good layout. Comfortable bed and the location for us was convenient. The only two things that could have been better is if I could have reserved parking in advance, and the breakfast did not have a lot of vegan choices.
Really good hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for just one night but found the rooms to be clean and modern. Beds very comfortable and amenities all working well. We had booked two double rooms accidentally but there were five of us including the Kids. However, Aaron on reception quickly offered us a family room when we asked about extra bedding and was very helpful. The breakfast was quite good too and breakfast bar well-stocked. For a fairly small hotel in Vauxhall we really enjoyed our short stay.
